Hi,
I’m pulling art for a story about lesser known lakes that will run in our next SummerTimes supp.
I see that you have photos of Mirror Lake.
I would like to get permission to use some of them to help illustrate the story.
Thanks and hope to hear from someone soon! c
Carolyn Fath,
That would be fine. Please credit the photos to Mfairlady.com.

Hi Miss Mary,
I am working on an interpretive panel for Georgia DNR located on Skidaway Island. The panel contains information about the Sandpiper Trail through the marsh. I would like permission to use your photo (http://www.mfairlady.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/02/Morris.jpg) for the background image. The panel is 36″ w x 24″ h. I can put your website at bottom with courtesy of… I can also send you the finished panel when completed–about 3 weeks. I appreciate your consideration! Love the photo.
Many thanks,

Hello Mary,
I am developing kiosks that will be placed on the Grant Wood Scenic Byway in Iowa. One of the featured attractions is the Maquoketa River Water Trail. A Google search revealed your wonderful photo posted on 12/9/2015 which you describe as your two daughters paddling on the river. I would like your permission to use this photo. I work with Schmeeckle Reserve Interpreters, a non-profit planning and consulting group affiliated with the College of Natural Resources, University of WI-Stevens Point. Thank you for this consideration. Michael Gross, Professor Emeritus
Best wishes with your work. Yes you may use my photographs. Mary Fairchild
I have a site devoted to the Hočąk Indian nation that focuses primarily on mythology. I’m presently analyzing a myth set in the Wisconsin Dells that references Xe Wakąčą́k = Louis’ Bluff. Your photograph of the same at http://www.mfairlady.com/wiscglacialmounds/ is the best that I’ve seen in relation to my purposes. I’ve cropped it a bit to eliminate anything modern, as I wish to recover as pristine an image of the bluffs as it is possible for us to have today. I set it in place so that you could view it (the work is in progress so it is not on my Index page): http://hotcakencyclopedia.com/ho.HenaAndStarGirl.html#anchor03011775 I’m hoping to gain some insight into the myth’s astronomical code, such as I have at http://hotcakencyclopedia.com/ho.SnowshoeStrings.html
It seems the best pictures of Louis Bluff have been from the water. Best wishes with your work.
Hi,
My name is Katherine Savage and I’m a journalism student at Columbia College Chicago. I’m interested in interviewing you about kayaking on the Chicago River. Please feel free to email me for more details!
